Day 1 – We start in Portrero and traverse the mountains towards Jacumba hot springs, where we’ll stop for lunch at this iconic landmark. You’ll have the option to swim in the natural hot tubs or simply sit back and enjoy the backcountry vibes.

Day 1 – Ride East of San Diego up to the Mountains.
Day 2 – The Otay Coastal Loop. Ride the Coastal Mountains of San Diego.

Red Rock Loop
Day 1 – Ride the Nevada desert North towards Utah. This scenic route will traverse red rock canyons, fields of Joshua trees, and stop at the legendary Gunlock Falls.
Day 2 – We ride from St. George to Arizona! You’ll ride along the Grand Canyon and stop at the breathtaking Toroweap lookout.
Day 3 – We ride from Arizona to Nevada. We’ll traverse from the Grand Canyon, through the pine forest, down to the desert, and arrive in the town of Mesquite.

3 Day San Diego Ride
This ride is a great “bang for your buck”, taking you across the mountains of San Diego and down to the desert floor. Depending on the season, we will take a large desert loop that includes Anza-Borrego, Ocotillo, and Julian. Or we can do 3 days in the San Diego, Temecula, and Ramona mountains. Let us tailor this ride to your group and their skill level.

Ride San Diego!
Dual Sport Tours was founded by San Diego native Justin Strong. Their team has been building trails and operating moto rides in Baja for decades. After taking a management role at “The Staging Point,” a critical parking destination for all Baja Rides. Justin quickly realized how fantastic the riding is right there in his own backyard. He started tying together the areas he rode as a kid, they could now connect these areas with short, scenic highway sections on the dual-sport bikes. With access to over 60 acres of private land that connects local trails, and local knowledge, their team has put together the best dual-sport routes in Southern California.
